Mississauga`s City Centre is arranged around City Hall, The Living Arts Centre, the Central Library and Square One Shopping Centre. The Sheridan College Mississauga Campus is located just north of the Living Arts Centre, across from Target at Square One. This whole City Centre area is filled with condominium apartments and businesses supporting their residents, such as the YMCA, Cineplex Odeon Theatres, Chapters, Palladium and various restaurants and coffee shops. New units are being built all the time, and investors flock to the newer condos, such as the Absolute Towers (located at Burnhamthorpe and Hurontario.) Many newer units have at the most 2 Bedrooms + Den (the 3-bedroom units are usually rarer and are found in more established condos.) For the most part, parking is free in Mississauga, but there has been a recent implementation of paid-for parking metres around City Hall - Library (parking is underground. It is wise to always park in designated areas.) The walk score at any building here is quite high, as everything is at your fingertips. For those living a bit outside this area, city Transit is abundant, as there is a hub located just north of Square One.
